The Jar

The Jar specialise in single malt scotch whisky, with whiskies from all of Scotland's working distilleries, and some closed one's.

In addition to the range of single malts they also offer a selection of Scottish produced gins, this is a sector that is growing and proving to be very popular with Scotland leading the way with huge number of top quality gins.

They aim is to provide single malts and gins that are not commonly available in supermarkets, stocking over 300 different single malts with prices ranging from £24 to over £5000 offering an interesting and varied range of drinking whiskies right through to rare and collectable bottles.

Also stocking a wide range of whisky related gifts such as hip flasks, quaichs, noising glasses, books and whisky scented candles. All gifts are locally sourced as part of their commitment and philosophy to promote local manufactures and businesses whenever possible.

Hosting a range of whisky and gin tastings for groups of 3 to 300, these can be priced to suit any budget and are easily adaptable to suit your requirements.
