Troon's Open

When it comes to shopping, the coastal town of Troon prides itself on offering a wide variety of stores, shops and boutiques most of them independently owned, as well as hosting a sprinkling of national retailers including Morrisons, Boots, Costa and WH Smith and more - you really don't have to go far for choice and the town centre is very compact and easy to meander around!

The town's independent businesses include a wide range of quality gift shops, a specialised whisky shop, delis, shoe shops, selection of clothing boutiques, florist, perfumery and a few unexpected niche craft and games retailers.

Located close to the beach, Troon town centre is the perfect place to enjoy a slow and relaxed shopping experience with free parking throughout the town centre and an increasing number of businesses being dog friendly!

Have a scroll to explore places to shop in Troon.

Many of the town's retailers will be opening late during The Open Championship so why jot make good use of the shuttle bus into town to explore and buy a wee git to take home.
